This app is a great money keeping app in this economy.

To start off with its only 99c and very easy to use. With this app you can add a period which can repeat every month up to a year. Then you can spend or earn money in that month and it will tell you how much you have left or more likely how much you owe. The numbers at the bottom of the screen show of much you have to spend that much and how much you still have left. Blue numbers mean how much you have spent and that you still have money left if its red that means you gone x amount over the monthly budget. You create categories for each of the things that you do too.

One thing this app does not do is carry over so lets say i have $100 to spend each month and i only spend 50 that month the next month is still 100 dollars to spend. One way around that is to click on earn money then enter in $50 dollars.

There is a calendar veiw and a monthly category view. There is a help section which is a online site so to use the help you must be online. Don't want others to see your budget? Put a 4 digit pin on there. Mess up? Well you can't delete one thing but if you want you can delete everything.

I give this app a 4 out of 5 stars because it a great app but does not carry over and is kinda hard to get used to. Other then that its a great money aid in these times. Hey 99c is yesterdays 89c buy now!

Parachute Panic

When you first play this game you think "AH what was i thinking? Why did i buy this!?" But as you play more and more it becomes more and more fun.

In parachute panic you must land little paratroopers on a aircraft carrier by opening their parachutes and flicking the screen in different directions to blow the wind. Sounds easy enough but when the ship starts moving and there are clouds, aliens and helicopters it can get hard. You must flick the screen in the direction of the way you want to the little guy to go but only if you do it near him will it move him. As the levels go and the ship starts moving across the screen so you will need to learn to aim!

There are two difficulties easy and normal. The difference is in easy everything is slower paced and also to take down a ufo or helicopter you must tap 3 times in easy and 5 times in normal. You have 5 lives in each of the difficulties. To lose a life you must miss the ship and get eaten by a shark, touch a cloud with a parachute open, be taken by a ufo, touch the helicopter or open their parachute to late.

There is also a cool little stats menu with how many times you've been eaten by a shark, fallen to far and some other stuff.

Overall i give this app 5 out of 5 stars because it rocks! The music the guy did is awesome and really funny. The graphics are awesome also! Very simple yet lots of fun and when you play you will never get bored!

Trak4

Trak4 is a puzzle game where you must spin tiles to arrange the
playable square the same as the picture on the side, all within the time limit. The picture on
the side is visible until a black covering comes over it, and then a
small circle moves around showing the picture.

To solve puzzles you must then touch a square a spin it to line it up
with the picture. Stuck? Hit the hint button to show the answer again.
When you think you have placed each square in the correct spot press
solve and see if your right. Each square must be in the correct
position or you will lose the game. If you get it right you get 500
points plus a time bonus and 500 more points if the hint was not used.

There are three levels easy, medium and hard. Then the are time limits
of 30 seconds 60 and 90. It is set at defult easy and 90 seconds.

The sounds are your normal win sounds and can get annoying. But turning down the sound helps with that! Edit: version 1.2 now has ipod playback!


I give this app a 3.5 out of 5 because the idea is great and the graphics are pretty good. This game has 86 levels but become very easy to play again. Fun for awhile this game is awesome, but once you've played the levels more then one time it gets kind of old.

Update 1.2 Edit: this game now has 125 puzzles making it much more fun! Statistics and a second tile set! with these new features I give it a 4.5 out of 5!

Buka

Buka is a game where you play as a little blue moon named "buka!" It talks like a baby moon in need of a mommy which is very cute. Your plan is to try to destroy the asteroids before they reach buka.

In buka there are two modes: 1. Journey, which is a story mode where you go through levels Each level comes with different and harder enemies. I find journey a lot of fun because of the cute stuff buka will say to you! 2. Survival, which is a endless attack of the asteroids. Survival is all enemies at all times not as in journey where there are slowing new enemies with each new level. It may sound like very few types of levels, but survival never ends and journey has quite a few levels.

When is comes to controls they are simple and easy, kinda. On the first journey level buka says tapping will destroy the enemies, but to destroy a asteroid you must touch and hold the screen to build up a blast and then let go near a enemy. To move buka you can either turn tilt on or leave it off, or move buka around by touching and dragging around the screen. When you drag you will continue to move in the direction you moved to even after you let go so be careful not to throw buka into a enemy! Controlling buka and destroying enemies can get hard when they're all over the screen. To pause the game you must double tap buka.

The graphics in the game are really quite nice and the sounds are also very well thought out. The options panel gives you the ability to turn down the music and the sound and also to turn on and off the tilt. When you play this game you may be wondering "where are the scores??" Well the scores can only be accessed while playing either of the modes, by pausing the game and clicking stats.

I give this app 4 out of 5 stars because of how simple it is, and how easy it is to learn the controls. Only i don't give it 5 because there is no real tutorial which really explains how to destroy and enemy Which you really need to know.

Gpush

Do you have a gmail account and sometimes need to be notified the instant you get a email? Then gpush is the perfect app for you! All you have to do is 1.download the app 2. Say yes to get notifications 3. Put your gmail user name and password and hit enter and you're done! When your done with that you never need to open the app again! Everytime you get a message from gmail a bubble pops up like it does when you get a text. Click close open you email and you got the email! It's that easy!

Okay sounds great but does it work? Not all the time it really needs some work on the part. I sent myself emails and only got like 7 out of 10 very bad that way. And it doesn't really read the messages just the subject.

I give this app. 3 out of 5 starts because it's so easy and fast! But its not working most of the time! It's only 99c and this is one thing a lot of people need. So buy it now if you really want it.

Zombieville USA.

Zombieville USA is a 2d side scrolling game like Mario. Only instead of jumping on people you kill zombies, earn money. Shelter in houses and gain ammo or cash. And upgrade your guns.

In zombieville the controlles are simple. Right and left arrows red for fire gun green for use melle wepon. And when you click on your weapon next to the health bar that's how you change your weapon and click doors to get in houses. May seem simple enough, but your wrong. While playing the first few levels of zombieville I thought boring and it's hard to gain money to buy weapons. But as I went higher and higher into the levels the zombies got harder and the money came in faster which makes it alot of fun.

There's one gameplay type, but there's 3 difficulties and you can have 1 life 3 or 5. At the end of each level you have the choice to buy a new weapon or upgrade it, get full health, and upgrade you melle weapon. All depending on if you have the money. Each level last maybe a minute to five all depends on how you play it. There is a pause and you can exit the app then come back later to start back up where you left off. There are different weapons you can buy such as a shotgun, machine gun, ak47 and more. That's all I have unlocked because I didn't know the update gave me 3 or 5 lives if I wanted. But from the screen shots it looks like you have a rocket launcher and flame thrower in there as well. There are multiple zombie types one is a normal zombie that strength increases every level and this white zombie that is basicly one shot kill but it runs really fast so you must be careful.

When you die if you have multiple lives choosen you start the level that you died on with the same stuff you started that level with. So try not to die!

There is no story to this I guess you can make it up on your own. For the people who do not like zombies whose heads explode and blood and brains go on the ground. Do not buy this app! Every single one of the zombie die that way!

There is a lite version to try it out!

Overall this app is great it's a fun game for anyone wanting to play a old stlye game with touch controls. I give it a 5 star rating because it's so easy to play yet so hard to finish the levels!
